I finaly solved the first problem. When reinstalling the software I chose another folder for e-mails. That corrected it...

The Bat! doesn't get the new emails (and other problems) in forum The Bat! - Configuring the E-mail Client.
Hello,

The situation is as follows (I use IMAP) :

- The Bat! is set to check my mails in every minute

- Somebody sends me an e-mail (I checked this several times sending an e-mail for myself from another email account)

- The Bat! doesn't do anything, no matter if I wait for 2 hours, or 2 days

- If I open Outlook that will receive the emails.

- If I check the email manually in The Bat! the bat icon starts to animate, that I got new e-mails, but I don't see the new mails.

- If I quit The Bat! and open it again, I can see the new emails.

So in conclusion if I want to see my new emails, I have to quit The Bat! and open it again - I think this is very annoying.

Have you got any idea?

The other thing is - when will be a version available to create "real" html message? I mean inserting lines like

Dear Customer,
I would like to notice you that....

I wrote a topic more than a week ago "How can I add a Skype button at the end of my message templates" and nobody answered. Perhaps because there is no way to accomplish it.

I use Outlook version 2002 and I _can_ insert Skype button in it. (They made it 7 years ago).

I am testing TB and I like very much some of its features like filtering the mails but in my opinion it lacks the "obvious" features I didn't dream it wouldn't know.

I would love to buy TB! if the most things that are important for me would work.

Thank you
