This would require the external creation of the HTML version of the mailing and attaching the file in the mass mailing template. You would then have to use the %SETHEADER macro to modify the Content-type header to multipart/alternative.

This would leave you unable to include customisations in the HTML message body.

Perhaps there is a way to use HTML tags in the mass mailing template and then set the content-type header to text/HTML. But I don't know if that would work.

Anyway - it's non-trivial.

can only be plain text.

However, I do need to format text and embed images
to my mass mailing.

Is there any way to do this?
