How can I run the bat as another user

How can I run the bat as another user in forum The Bat! - Configuring the E-mail Client.
I've got a similar setup here, I prefer to be able to access TB when I'm logged on as admin and not only when I'm logged on as a user.

I've placed the Mail directory on a non default place (not because of this, but because I've done so since v1) and not somewhere in a user profile.
Both of my Windows accounts have TB pointing to D:\Batmail\ as mail directory
Currently I'm using OTFE (encrypted message base) with both setups using the same master password.
But back when I wasn't using OTFE the same setup worked just as fine.
I had no problems with this setup on Vista nor on XP.

That this doesn't work for might have something to do withh access rights, I can't think of anything else.
Normally I use account1 on my PC. I run bat with it.
Now there is an account2 on the PC. When I try to run the bat as account1 it starts but, I see my mail account but they are all empty.
The account2 has acces to account1 documents and settings and \programfiles\the bat folders.
How can I run it using account2 and see my messages?
Thanks.
