TB doesn't support HTML templates and that's what you'd need for the wallpapers you mean.

Well, I can't find out somethings about paperletter inside this forum.

I would like to use paperletter as in Outlook or Incredimail.

Is it possible?

Each time I try, the "background" become an attached file.  :(
