AFAIK There is no such plug-in.
Would be difficult to create one too. As each anti-spam system uses its own conditions.

Some systems simply classify every message with a TB X-Mailer header as spam, I think that that would be the most likely reason that messages sent via a regular ISP are marked as spam. You can tell TB not to use that header at:
Options -> Preferences -> General -> (Uncheck) Use X-Masiler header in messages

Occasionally, the e-mails that I send go to the recipients' spam folders.

I have found some web-based spam scoring systems, but I wonder if anybody knows of a plugin for The Bat! that can test an e-mail's spam score and then prevent it from being sent if the spam score is higher than a user-defined value.
