Language macro's macro in forum The Bat! - Templates and Macros.
The templates (dat is het woord waar je naar zocht) are created in the language of the interface when the account is created.
So for English templates you set the user interface to English, create a new account, you get English templates and afterwards you set the interface back to Dutch.
Therefore in order to create the default English templates you set the interface to English, you create a new dummy account, copy the account templates to your old account and set the interface to Dutch.
You can find the templates at:
Account -> Properties -> Templates
(Account -> Eigenschappen -> Sjablonen)
As the templates are account properties, you need to select the proper account before selecting the account properties. It's also possible to use different langauages in the templates for different accounts.
