Sounds like the address history file has become corrupted. You will probably have to delete the ACCOUNT.HIS file from the MAIL/(account name) folder using windows explorer.

I have a user of the Bat who cannot type an email address in the To: line without the Bat crashing. If she types more than one letter in the To: line or types one letter then clicks on the History arrow, the Bat crashes and she must relaunch. In order to send a message, she must first add the address to her Address Book, then select it in the new message. Any suggestions for resolving this?
