I cannot download emails. When I press F2 or the blue arrow, the message 'logging on to server' appears for a second and then disappears. The message is FETCH-server reports error. The response is:-ERR unknown command. I am using the professional edition Version 4.0.34. Can anybody help? I am not very computerwise and am trying to learn. <br />
