In the latest version of 4.x and most previous versions, when you have a large address book (let's say 3,000 contacts), the vertical slider bar on the far right side has problems.  If you slide it down, it won't stay there.  It keeps going back near the top.  This is extremely irritating when you're trying to move seamlessly through your contact list.
