I don't think you can change the colour of the account name.

The colour of unread messages in the message list can be changed.
Options -> Preferences -> Message list -> Colour Groups -> Select the colour group you want to edit -> Press the 'edit' button -> Select the 'Unread' tab and make your changes.

This can be done for all colour groups. When you don't use colour groups, you only have to change the default one.

How do I change the colour of unread messages?

Can I also change the colour of the mail account name that becomes bold when a new mwssage comes in?
