			Roelof, I understand forums. &nbsp;Perhaps I wasn't clear. &nbsp;That was a msg I sent to Ritlabs support. &nbsp;I am asking if anyone else has tried to use the Ritlabs support team recently and not received any reply.<br /><br />Some years ago the Ritlabs site went down and took a while to get back up. But it looks active now. Since the few times I've ever asked The Bat support people a question I've always had a prompt and helpful answer, I find this silence puzzling. &nbsp;So I was/am curious if anyone else has experienced the same lack of response recently.<br /><br />At the same time, I would most certainly appreciate any suggestions from users about my problem. &nbsp;I cannot open any msgs created prior to installing version 4.2.4 and backups fail simply reporting that there was an error in the backup. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the software. &nbsp;I remain puzzled. <br />
