Email to multiple accounts

Email to multiple accounts in forum The Bat! - Configuring the E-mail Client.
It's not quite pointless.
I'm doing a lot of filtering on address book groups, in that case it's kind of neat to have all addresses for one person together in one entry.

Also when you're using personal address book templates.
Let's say John has five addresses, he sends you a message, you reply and you use the personal reply template that you've defined for him, regardless of the address he was using.

For most of my contacts I'm only using their main address to send them a message and for a reply I'm using the address they used.

There used to be an option to send somebody messages to all of their secondary addresses, but I never used that and IIRC that could only be used when you sent mail to a single contact.
Thanks for your help Roelof.

It seems pointless allowing multiple email addresses in the addressbook. You can get round it by putting the addresses on the same line in the addressbook separated by a semicolon and then by selecting that person in the "To" box you pull up both addresses and can edit the line to delete one if you want but it's a bit messy.
Answer to Christopher:
Sel ect the To: field of the editor, at the right end of the field you'll seethree icons, one of them of the address book and you can pick the next address fr om the AB.
A second way to enter more addresses in the To: header is by typing them manually, you need to keep addresses separated by commas.
Answer to zap zap:
You cannot do that automatically, best way would be to make entries for every address of this guy and place all of them in the AB group.
I don't know - but I'd like to know the answer to an even simpler question: when writing an email, how can you sel ect a second or subsequent email address fr om an addressbook entry? There does not seem much point in allowing multiple email addresses if you can only select the first (or default as Help describes it.
