			Welcome to the club.<br />I don't think RITLabs cares much about user input.<br />They seem to just fix bugs that's not to difficult.<br />I reported this bug almost a year ago:<br /><noindex><a href="http://www.ritlabs.com/en/forum/read.php?FID=4&amp;TID=6533" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">http://www.ritlabs.com/en/forum/read.php?FID=4&TID=6533</a></noindex><br />I got a mail from them telling that the problem is deep inside the code and needed some more looking into.<br />Since then I've mailed them again about this issue, but got no answer.<br /><br />..That put aside, I think that The Bat! is a great piece of software.<br />Just too bad that the user support isn't at the same level. <br />
