Create a quick template with the contents:
%CC="%OToList, %OCCList"%-
Assign a name and a shortcut to this quick template and you can switch from reply-to-one to reply-to-all, the only cosmetic issue with this way is that you get your own reply too and the primary recipient getrs your reply twice, that can be fixed with some regexp, but I'm not up to that.

Hi all,
i think Gmail web client has a unique top usability feature that should be in every email client.

I'm speaking about the possibility to switch the Reply-to-one/Reply-to-all mode while replying to a multiaddressed email.

Very often i do reply to an email and THEN i realize that I had should click reply-to-all to include all cc addresses. In this case I must copy and paste written text in a new reply-to-all message window... very ugly.
