Hi Roelof,

Yes I have TB Pro with eToken.

TB can be opened or closed, but I still get this error. This error can not be replicated in IE, Opera, or Safari, only Firefox.

I just did a default installation of Firefox, and I have had to live with this problem for a while now, but seeing as I now rely more on Firefox than IE, I can't put up with it any longer.

When I go to the sign-in page for google mail i.e. mail.google.com, I get this error all the time.

-Anthony.
I presume that you've TB pro installed with an eToken.
But that's no reason why firefox should start TB. Either Firefox isn't properly installed or TB has been associated with some protocol or file type that it shouldn't be associated with.
To find which program has been misconfigured you might try to open the probem pages with IE. I hope that you can reproduce it, are there pages that always get you this error?
Hi,

I have searched the forum for answers on this, but I have not found anything. I have The Bat! v4.0.18 installed, and I also have Firefox 3 installed. I am running Windows XP which is fully updated via WIndows Update.

My problem is that often when I access web pages, Firfox comes up with a dialog box which I think has somethign to do with The Bat!. This can come up 1-20 times just accessing one page and it is very annoying. The dialogue box, if that is the correct term says "Please enter the master password for the <your name here> eToken". Why does this box appear, and how can I ensure it does not appear again?

-Anthony.
