I guess you mean that the old headers of the forwarded message as shown in the text are missing the addresses. (You'd have a serious problem when the actual headers would start missing addresses.)

Change the header representation of your forwarding template to something like this:

This is a forwarded message
From: %OFromName <%OFromAddr>
To: %OToList
Date: %ODateEn, %OTimeLongEn
Subject: %OSubj

We have several users of The Bat in our office and all have a question which is driving us a little crazy.

When emails are forwarded the email address in the header is often removed.. only the name remains and this cannot be used as an email address.

How do we prevent this from happening?
