TB uses it's own cache (which BTW it does not clean, remember to do it manually every now and then).

I am trying many newsletters and TB is not so slow.

do You use Firefox? not sure, but maybe TBird uses cache of Firefox? And Outlook cache of Internet Explorer?

it always ask, that allow images from ebay ?

why it is asking each time ?

there should be an option to make it enable too.

Doesn't seem to make any difference.

For example, I get an email from eBay. In Thunderbird the images load instantly, in TB they take about 10 seconds.

You can increase number of concurrent tasks in connection centre in Options | Network and Administration, I do not know how much tasks and how much bandwith other apps uses, but as I have tested some newsletters, outlook loaded them in 2s and TB in 4s

Why do images in emails take so long to load?

In Thunderbird and Outlook they download an open in less than a second, but in The Bat they take about 10 seconds.
