Well I solved my problem!

I went into my ISP's website and found a way to flag these e-mails to come through to my Inbox.

They now come through without the [BULK] flag on them.

====quote====
Roelof Otten writes:
TB doesn't throw messages in the trash can on its own, so you might correct the filter that does this for you.
=============

I see. You are quite right. I did set up a filter a long time ago that searches for [BULK] in the subject name and transfers the messages to the trash can.

So I guess I can re-word my question now.
Is there a way to tell my ISP's end to leave messages alone from a certain Sender and not flag them as BULK?

The messages arrive into The Bat, already flagged from my ISP.

If not, I guess I could set up a filter that takes the BULK messages and filter them for this Sender, before they are moved to the trash?

TIA
I have a bunch of e-mails that are being flagged as BULK and then thrown into my trash can. But they are not BULK !
Does this require a filter to fix or is there a simpler way?
If a filter is required, can you please tell me how would I set it up?

TIA
