Option 1:
Create a backup with TB
Install TB on your new system
Let it restore the backup

Option 2:
Copy your mail directory to your new pc
Install TB
When run for the first time, TB will ask for a mail directory, point it to the place where you copied your old mail directory.
Now TB should recognize your accounts, if not then create new accounts with the same names, then TB will recognize them for sure.

This has probably been asked many times,but I have a new PC which I want to transfer The Bat! data onto.
