Account -> Properties -> Templates -> Reply
Remove the %Cursor macro from the bottom of your reply template and place it at place you want your reply to start.

Hello, Whenever I reply to a message it automatically puts the curser at the very bottom of the message thread. It does this even though it auto puts in Hello XXX at the top. Please can someone tell me how to have the curser to automatically start at the top (beginning) of the message when you hit reply?
