When you open a message for editing and you DON'T see the formating tools, go to OPTIONS / MESSAGE FORMAT and set it for one of the HTML options such as HTML/Plain text

Know and understand where that is then check the shortcut on the bottom bar of the edit window - the farthest icon block to the right shows what editor you are using and you can click THAT to change it.  8)

Why those things are not present when I install the software. They don't show up when I create a messge, but they are there in a reply???
