The best Spam filter

The best Spam filter I found a way what is the most effective against spam in forum The Bat! - Filters.
I found a way what is the most effective against spam:

1. Do not put any email on your website. If you want just put something like me[a]mydomain.com
(at least do not use mailto:)

2. Do not use "catch all" in your pop-mail-account at your webspace provider. Just put a email adress like: web2@yourdomain.com (Do not use common names like webmaster, info, mail, contact etc.)

3. Create a secound pop-mail account for people where you are not sure if they will missuse your email adress and who are not so important to you. Change it then each year with a new email adress and delete the old one.

4. Do not post your email adress on internetsites (Guestbooks, message boards etc.)
