Unable to Import Mail after New Windows Install

Unable to Import Mail after New Windows Install in forum The Bat! - Configuring the E-mail Client.
Problem solved. Very time consuming, but I simply created new folders in TB to match the folders found in the mail folder and moved all mail into those folders. There didn't seem to be any other way.

In any event, done [for the time being]. Thanks for your help.
Still unable to solve the problem.

As a note, I AM able to access my address book from the new install of TB [created from my saved copy of the mail folder], but none of my folders or email appear. It also remembers my preferences for folder options, but the left pane contains only my registered ID ["rontokyo"] and the generic empty inbox/outbox/sent/trash.

Opening TB mail folder, there are the following folders: Cache, Dictionaries, New Folder, Rontokyo, Speller.

"Cache" contains 529 files @ 1.38MB. "New Folder" contains all my original folders: 157 files / 74 folders @ 884MB.

Note that those files were imported 6 months ago from Outlook Express.

I hope this additional information is helpful. Any assistance is *much* appreciated.
The Working Directory in RegEdit says: %APPDATA%\TheBat!\

When I search %APPDATA% in Windows Start Menu, the Roaming folder appears. TheBat! is inside the Roaming folder.

When I open TB and press CTRL+ALT+SHIFT+L I get a "0 lost folders found" message.

I don't know if TB is in the correct location or not. It may mean that I need to add "Roaming" in the Working Directory. If so, could you please explain how to do that.

Suggestions?? Many thanks for your help !
close theBat, open Regedit and go to
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\RIT\The Bat!
Modify value Working Directory to reflect the actual location of the mail folder (or move the folder to where Working Directory says). Start theBat and it should read everything.
If registry and physical locations match, try pressing
CTRL+ALT+SHIFT+L
I copied TB mail folder from an earlier install of Windows 7 before doing clean install of Windows 7, but when I manually replace TB mail folder with the saved folder and open the newly installed TB program, all I get is a fresh install with none of my saved folders & mail.

Note: All my folders/email are in TB mail folder, but none of those folders/email appear in the newly installed software. Again, what I see when I open TB is a fresh install with default inbox, outbox, sent mail and trash.

I was successful a few months ago doing an upgrade to 4.2.10.1 using the method above, but for some reason it's not working now.

Any help much appreciated !!
