			Thanks very much for your help - could I ask you a couple more questions: &nbsp;If you sel ect Advanced on the reccurrence tab can you just put 9,15 in the Time Mask Hours and leave the minutes and seconds both as zero to schedule the event at 9.00am and 3.00pm? &nbsp;I don't understand fr om Help what the role of the asterisks are and whether they are needed - I have to say that I found the examples very confusing - why two asterisks in some fields, and why is 5* Fridays only (why not just 5)? &nbsp;It doesn't seem to follow the same structure as the unix or linux crontab. <br />

			Tools -&gt; Scheduler -&gt; set focus on the Today's tasks pane -&gt; Press Ins ert -&gt; Your new task is created<br />General tab: Enter a discription and the first time the task has to be executed<br />Actions tab: Set the actions<br />Recurrence tab: enable 'repeat this event', se t the interval at 12 hours<br />Advanced tab: You can this this if your twice a day isn't every twelve hours<br />Links tab: Depending on the type of action you can use this<br />Categories tab: You don't really need this, it's merely to sort events when you've got a lot of them<br /><br />I hope this helps. <br />

			I would like to schedule a task to run twice each day at specified times but cannot figure out from the various scheduling options how to do this - I am sure it is possible and the task does no have to be created twice but unfortunately Help (as usual) is very little help. &nbsp;I'd be grateful for any assistance. <br />
