TB cannot restore individual messages from a backup, but you can restore individual folders.
So you create a temp folder, move all messages from your folder to that temp folder, restore the folder from backup, copy the needed message to your temp folder, empty the restored folder, copy everything from your temp folder to your emptied folder.

I managed to delete a message by accident. Is there any way of retrieving it from a .tbk backup? I noticed that one of the forum articles referenced /stazeni/tbkdigger.zip, but this gives a 403 error.
