That's possible.
Select all messages in that folder, now mark them as spam the same way you'd do when you'd mark only one as spam.

A friend has given me spam mails from his TheBat and I would like to train my Bayes Filter Plugin with them.
I don't want to open each of them to "mark the message as spam"
I want to tell him "Those messages in that folder are spam, go learn them all"  

Is that possible ?
