			Start Regedit while you're in her original account, save the registry settings for TB on disk. You can find those in:<br />HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\RIT\The Bat!<br />Now switch to the &nbsp;new profile and open the registry file. This will load them in the registry and all settings will be restored.<br /><br />Of course this doesn't work properly when the message base is stored on a location where only the original profile has access. <br />

			I've got a user who has created a new Windows profile on her XP machine. &nbsp;Now when she opens The Bat, it is missing all her settings and wants her to set up a new account.<br /><br />What is the procedure for migrating to the new profile? <br />
