Is there an option that I am missing that will allow me to have HTML automatically open within the message instead of having to click on a link and have the attachment open in my browser.

When I do click on a link, I get a message warning me about the dangers of opening this link.  The message tells me that the next time I can hold down the shift key and click and I will not get the message.  The message also says I can talk to my admistrator about disabling the message entirely.  Since I am the administrator, could someone please tell me how to permanently disable this pop up warning.
