SMTP Port Throttling

SMTP Port Throttling in forum The Bat! - Configuring the E-mail Client.
From the main menu go to OPTIONS / NETWORK ADMINISTRATION and at the bottom of the NETWORK tab change the number of connection in the connection center to "1". This will have the effect of sending one message at a time, which should be sufficient processing time for your server. It is going so slow mail processing WAY down - be forwarned

To answer the question as asked - there ARE utilities that will squeeze bandwith but they will have the effect of causing timeouts rather than one complete email at a time. I don't think you would like them
Since TheBat cant limit the speed it sends at, the only other way I think I can do this would be to decrease the bandwith given to the SMTP ports.

Does anyone know how this can be done?

TheBat sends WAY too fast for my server, I need to slow it down to 1 mail every 5 seconds..
