			disable Kaspersky temporary.<br />cleanup your PC , for example with <noindex><a href="http://www.ccleaner.com" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">CCleaner</a></noindex><br />defragment C & D<br />make a backup of the mail folder (not with theBat, use rar, 7zip or another archiver), then click Folder -&gt; Maintenance center and do Check Integrity + Compress + Remove Duplicates <br />

			Hi All<br /><br />I use The Bat! Professional version and lately have been getting the following error with increasing frequency:<br /><br />FETCH - could not store message (file name - C:\DOCUME~1\FAHIMH~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\bat47.tmp)<br /><br />When this happens, the email that was supposed to be downloaded doesn't make it to my hard drive. &nbsp;I either retry and sometime it works, sometimes I have to close the program and restart. &nbsp;On rare occasions, I have to reboot the PC but that's uncommon.<br /><br />What is the problem and how do I rectify it ????<br /><br />My system: &nbsp;Samsung Netbook, Windows XP. &nbsp;Have The Bat! on the C: drive, the data files are on the D: partition. &nbsp;Both drives have lots of space (14 GB and 32 GB). &nbsp;Kaspersky Antivirus Software (have been using this for years). &nbsp;Have not previously faced this problem. <br /><br />Kindly please help<br /><br />Fahim <br />
