The Bat 5.0 + import from Thunderbird

The Bat 5.0 + import from Thunderbird Import from TB -> The Bat, including the folder structure...? in forum The Bat! - Configuring the E-mail Client.
Ok, I read messages on the forum that you could only import per folder and had to manually create all folders (and the underlying structure) by hand and then, also folder per folder, import messages into that folder. So no recursive automatic process. If this functionality is present, then great! The wait for 5.o is more in the imap area. I use lots of imap accounts only, including the IMAP IDLE functionality. So i want stable IMAP functionality and from what i have heard that was one of the weak features in 4.0 and i guess, because of that, completely rewritten in 5.0. I am waiting for positive reports that 5.0 imap is rocket stable en functioning well. In the beta forum i read reports about IDLE not working correctly yet. But then again, that's a beta so it's allowed to still have issues. So that's the reason for the wait

Thanks, Jan
direct import from Thunderbird with folder structure was implemented in 4.0, so almost 3 years ago, why You need to wait for 5.0?
Hello,

I want to start using The Bat Pro 5.0 as soon as it comes out. However i can only do this if i can convert the thousands of messages from Thunderbird into The Bat. And i mean including the directory structure! For sure i do not want to do this by hand folder by folder. So is there a way?

Thanks,

Jan
