Use The Bat on 2 different mail bases

Use The Bat on 2 different mail bases in forum The Bat! - Configuring the E-mail Client.
Yes, that's possible.
Create an additional shortcut to TB on your desktop and change the target of that shortcut to something like this:
"C:\Program Files\The Bat!\thebat.exe" "/Reg:ClubMail"
When you run that shortcut for the first time TB will act like it's being run for the first time (as it's started with a different registry key) So you point it to a new mail directory (the default will be different fr om your regular mail directory)
Note that this instance of TB will consider itself unregistered, so export the message with your registration info to a place wh ere the new instance of TB can process it.

However, when your clubmail has a different account (and otherwise two message bases would be hard to achieve) there's no real reason to use two message bases. TB will keep the accounts separated with different account directories, etc. Not even your common filters will be used for your club mail unless explicitedly configured that way. And you'll have a single address book and that has its advantages. I'm managing mail accounts for two clubs and I'd consider it a major drawback if I had to run three instances of TB to keep those messages separated.
