I could not find any info regarding this issue in the help files, but perhaps I didn't look hard enough!
here is the solution for anyone who needs it and for google stats :0)


To add contacts to the address book there is no need to use Address History. You can simply select all the messages in a folder via Ctrl+A, invoke the context menu and select "Specials/Add Sender (Recipient) to Address Book". The contacts already in your address book will be displayed as unmarked, so that you do not get duplicate entries in the address book.

Hello!
Any help would be greatly appreciated here,

As the title says, am i missing something here?
When searching the forums people only mention purge/delete address history,
Coming from Thunderbird I was under the impression that Thebat had the same functions regarding contact/address history??

I have been using thebat for the last year or so,
I want to add my contacts from history to my main address book, but I have over 3500 contacts to add,
So I will not be able to do this manually needless to say, please tell me I missed something, somebody???

I have even looked at the file addrhistory.cdb but that wont load in the address book, nor can i find an option to export, I am really hoping i missed something here.
