			If this happens with all emails I suggest you also check Windows permissions for the folder. &nbsp;Although I have not come across this problem on TB I have had it with other programs trying to write to the user/temp folder on Windows 7 64bit. &nbsp;With these other programs I solved the issue by getting them to write to another folder but I am not sure if this is possible with TB <br />

			If the problem continues with the same message, then you should use the mail dispatcher or webmail to check whether the problem message is a legitimate message or maybe a virus. In the latter case your virus scanner intercepts the message before TB can import it. <br />

			After a fresh installation of Windows 7 64bit, I get the FETCH error to the TEMP directory. FETCH - could not store message c:\users\username\appdata\local\temp\batFB42.tmp<br /><br />See screen shot:<br /><br /><noindex><a href="http://www.hy-way.com/pics/TBfetch_error.jpg" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">screen shot</a></noindex><br /><br />The Bat hangs, does not actually show the messages, I have to end task from task manager... &nbsp;please help! <br /><br />Thanks, <br />
