Acyually this is not the right place to report a bug, that's supposed to be done at the bugtracker, here follows my canned text:

You can insert bugs in the bugtracker, by logging in to:
<noindex>https://www.ritlabs.com/bt/main_page.php</noindex>
Choose 'The Bat' and add a new item.
First check whether someone has reported the same bug, then you can
add a note to that bug.
Bugs that are reported by more users are more likely to get attention
than bugs by one. And the system isn't smart enough to understand
that bugs might be the same.
And add just one bug per entry. Makes everything easier, both for
other users who want to add a note and for the developers.

Hi,

there's a following problem with TB!. Whenever I create a message using Windows' right click menu and Send to\Mail Recipient option I always get some weird symbols instead of Polish letters in the Polish version of the "The following file/link was attached..." message. I already asked about it in a Polish mailing list and the most probable thing is that this is a bug, confirmed by other users. This problem occurs regardless of default message format (html/plain text) and font.
Someone pointed that the reason for this might be the fact that the encoding of a message created in this way is set to "None" even though it shows "Default" in the bottom line of message window (when you click on it the dot is next to "none"), while the actual default encoding for a new message is set to "ISO-8859-2" in the Account configuration window\Templates\New message.

AFAIK this happens in both v2 and v3 of TB!. I'd report it as a bug to developers but I didn't find a bug report link on this page hence I post this message here.
