The Bat! 3.5.25 Final released

The new version of The Bat!, 3.5.25, is available to download at http://www.ritlabs.com/en/products/thebat/download.php

The user interface is now fully customizable. You can create your own custom tool bars, add/remove items in the menus.

On-The-Fly-Encryption, previously supported by SecureBat! only, is now available to the users of The Bat! Professional. You can now protect your message base, address books and configuration files from disclosure. With On-The-Fly-Encryption, you have either to type encryption password during program startup, or use hardware tokens like Aladdin eToken Pro or iKey1000 as key storage media. With iKey1000 you can securely authenticate on mail servers so the password will never be exposed at the client end. Once stored, the password cannot be extracted from the token and it is never transferred into the computer where the email client is running. This way, no software (including Spies / Trojan Horses / Viruses) can intercept or otherwise retrieve the password. You can order The Bat! Pro with Aladdin eToken Pro at http://www.ritlabs.com/tbetoken/

The users of The Bat! Professional Edition can employ Biometric authentication with BatPost Mail Server www.ritlabs.com/en/products/batpost/ You need to have an external hardware biometrics device, like fingerprint reader, or at least a microphone.

The Bat! 3.5.25 also features scheduler action in filters, macros in filter actions, grouping by date/sender/recipient and support of simultaneous IMAP connections.
