			Case closed, I got my key. Thanks for your help.<br /><br />I think the reason my registration to purchase the bat pro did not work the first time was because the email I specified is registered with the support forums. 			that is great advice considering my email client is not working and I needed to register in order to buy it.<br /><br />Can you kindly advise WHICH address I should be contact in this situation? I tried the CIFnet link and there is an error when I try and submit my request/issue. <br />

			I am trying to buy the Bat Pro and registered as a new customer but did not receive any email activation, and therefore can't login to order The Bat.<br /><br />I can not re-register since it says I have already registered and my registration is blocked.<br /><br />Please help. <br />
