			For the first time since I started using TB three years ago, I found it necessary to right click a message and choose &quot;Mark as Junk&quot;. &nbsp;When I did, I got this message:<br /><br />&quot;No plugins with learning facilities installed&quot;<br /><br />So.... why is this functionality not built into TB in the first place?<br /><br />Most importantly, where do I get the plugin? <br />
