Hi Dan,

That has been my experience too. The support has always been of a high quality, but has needed reminders more than they should have.

I currently have a could of support tickets open, one has been open for 6 days, including a weekend. Admittedly, it is not urgent, but I feel that 6 days is a tad excessive.

Cheers

DrT
All I can say is that my support requests have always been answered. Maybe you can 'kick' your request by adding an answer? Or just post your question here in case one of us fellow users has the answer.
Hello all,

Does anyone know if there is a problem with the support team?

I opened a ticked at the beginning of the month and I am experiencing a distinct lack of response from support. I had one reply from them within that timescale, and I had to prompt them to get that.
My support ticket is still open.

Perhaps I am being impatient, or perhaps this is normal.

Can anyone comment?

Thank you

Dan
