&gt;&gt; I will need a week to delete mails back from 2000...<br />You can setup in parallel your box as new box through IMAP3, go to any folder with mails then CTR+A - shift+delete, do this with all your folders. On gmail side set to clear trash every few days and after this days it all be cleaned. Be careful, check that you're have download and backup all your emails through TheBat before deleting. &nbsp; &nbsp;<noindex><a href="https://www.ritlabs.com/en/support/help/71/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">https://www.ritlabs.com/en/support/help/71/</a></noindex> <br />

Is there a way to download all my emails from gmail offline using the Bat and delete them from the online storage?<br /><br />Ideally I would download all mails since 31/12/2018 offline and keep the rest online <br />
