I do prefer to use anti-spam for such thing. Try it this - http://antispamsniper.com/thebat_plugin.html
Just add email that you don't like to spam and never see this address again in an inbox.

I encourage you to do some experimenting with TB! and reviewing the various menu options to become more familiar, as that may answer many questions that new users are concerned about. Asking for all of that here deprives you of the thrill of discovery. For example, exporting all email addresses is done from the address book page (Tools>Address Book), similar to how it is done with other email clients. TB! has a steep learning curve, so give yourself several weeks to feel more comfortable. I've used it for almost four years and routinely discover new features. TB! is very flexible. Good luck.

AFAIK, there is no such feature. But you can do another instance of TB! and open it when you need it. I do see that you're using Russian interface and have it "how to" on Russian only. Here you go -

Создание отдельной папки почтовой базы:

1. Создать ещё один ярлык к файлу thebat.exe (С:\Program Files\The Bat!).
2. Нажать правой кнопкой мышки на новом ярлыке, выбрать "Свойства". На закладке "Ярлык" изменить "Объект", поставив пробел и "/reg:test", при этом вместо "test" можете задать любое название.
3. Запустить программу при помощи нового ярлыка.
4. Программа попросит заново её настроить. Выберите "Определяемый пользователем каталог" и укажите новую папку для хранения данных.
5. Далее также необходимо убрать все галочки и включить "Не уведомлять и не предпринимать никаких действий".
6. Настроить почтовый ящик и проверить работу программы.

Вы сможете запускать обе копии программы одновременно, используя соответствующие ярлыки.
