Yes, David already clarified that, and he answered your question too. The answer is that yes, you can upgrade from v4 pro to v9 pro for €44,95.
For better understanding:

One text is from here: <noindex>https://www.ritlabs.com/en/products/thebat/order.php</noindex>

Buy The Bat! Pro version 4.0 directly to TheBat! Pro version 9.X for the upgrade price?

If yes, it seems to be good idea to repair text on page <noindex>https://www.ritlabs.com/en/products/thebat/download.php#policy</noindex>

Thanks Peter
This is a simple typing error. The original poster should go to the actual BUY page where it is clear that all prior version can upgrade to latest version. The error can be seen at <noindex>https://www.ritlabs.com/en/products/thebat/download.php#policy</noindex> The upgrade policy should also be cleaned up from many past years.

david

====quote====
But upgrade policy say something else "... any versions older than 8 can be upgraded up to version 8"
=============

Where does it say that? Without context, I don't know what is meant. According to Google, that phrase does not exist on ritlabs.com.
My customer is using TheBat! Pro version 4.0.20. I would like to buy for him an upgrade to the last version (9).

The page "BUY"says this:
"Upgrade from any earlier version to the latest The Bat! Professional version ".

It seems that he can use any older version (including its 4.0.20) to upgrade to the current version 9 for the upgrade price. Is it true?

But upgrade policy say something else "... any versions older than 8 can be upgraded up to version 8"

It is strange ...

Thanks for explanation.

Regards Peter
