New Address book - Groups

New Address book - Groups Can't see what groups a contact is in in forum The Bat! - Configuring the E-mail Client.
Miloš Radovanović, thanks! Switching back to the old interface allowed me to proceed with the changes I needed to get done.

(I had looked in the preferences for a switch like that already, but not found it, until you gave me a specific place to look and the assurance that it was there to be found.)

I do have groups created. In fact, what I have - which sounds like it might be relevant? - is a system where I put every address in at least one group and have all the groups set to "hide items if not explicitly selected", because something about having them all in a disorganised clump was annoying me. (It was long enough ago now that I don't remember specifically what that was.) What I've been trying to do was more precisely move an address from one group to another.
You can modify this field for existing groups in their Properties (again, right click). I have 10.3.3.3 and am struggling with the new address book.

1. When viewing a contact, I can't see how to determine what groups they are in.

2. How do I remove a contact from a group, but not delete the contact completely?

3. This help section is only for the old Address Book. Is there any help for the new one?
<noindex>https://www.ritlabs.com/en/support/help/70/</noindex>
