2.11.02 is the version bat i have - so how do i upgrade??  i downloaded the new software but it asked me for additional info.  i don't have.

i see this new version 3 and have asked tech support about how to upgrade but they have only responded yes i cam upgrade.  

the bat people have not made it clear on the web site what a person like myself is to do.  i have always just downloaded the new version and entered my reg info and off and away i go.  

if there is a cost associated with this ver 3 to guys like me it is not clear what i pay.
