How to change Editor?

How to change Editor?, Usual windows commands for editor do not work

In older versions we could change editor from MicroEd to standard one, but I cannot find the option in the current version ? Anybody can help? Thank you

What do you mean Ctrl-V does not work? In all my adventures with TB over 20+ years I've never seen that happen.
