Gmail sluggish all of a sudden

EVERYTHING works with NO errors, it's just really slow all of a sudden. Logging in, downloading headers, loading message bodies. I'm still on 10.0.4.1 while I wait for v11 to mature. I also have Outlook using IMAP to connect with the same account and it's fine.
