Founded in 1998, Ritlabs, SRL made a name for itself as a software development company with the famous Dos Navigator file manager. In an early display of open source, the developers made Dos Navigator free and made the source code readily available to the general public for further development. Presently, Ritlabs, SRL primarily focuses on products related to secure data transfer in public information networks.
Ritlabs, SRL is based in Chisinau, Moldova, a city which has a strong history of cultivating and encouraging technology development.
