New Hacker Attacks via Email while The Bat! is Invulnerable

According to an article published by SC Media, serious security issues have been discovered in Microsoft Outlook and as of today, there is no patch to prevent attackers from infecting victims’ computers via email. Unlike other attacks, now Microsoft's Dynamic Data Exchange (DDE) is used as the attack point and the infection happens automatically once an email with a specially crafted file attachment is opened. Ritlabs assures that The Bat! is invulnerable to these attacks as it uses proprietary security mechanisms.
