New CEO at Ritlabs, SRL

On May 26, 2020 Stefan Tanurkov became the new CEO at Ritlabs, SRL.

From the moment Ritlabs, SRL was established in 1998 and up until 2007 Stefan Tanurkov was the company’s leading software architect and made key decisions on the interface and the internal structure of the software systems.

In 2007 he became the technical director at the company and held that position until 2016.

Stefan Tanurkov talks about the changes and the development priorities at Ritlabs, SRL in the foreseeable future.

About the company

There is a lot of work to be done. It is necessary to make drastic changes in the company’s policy at various levels. I do believe that the diversity of the development directions will become one of our newly acquired qualities. At this stage our main task is to determine which development direction is to go about. What I'm sure of now - it will be interesting to everyone.

About the staff

I believe in our industry there is no excess in qualified professionals and the value of each Ritlabs employee is very high. Therefore, as I start to manage the team, who had been at the heart of the company for many years, I will introduce innovations gradually.

About The Bat!

At this point The Bat! Email Client is one of our main areas of activity. It is what actually made the company and I think The Bat! needs to be returned to people in the form in which it had been initially designed. Of course, there are a lot of things to think of in relation to the needs of the present-day world.

However, we are not going to stick with one direction only. We will extend our involvement as long as it complies with the values of our company.
