Improvements

• A minimum size was added to the Account Properties window to keep all content visible
• Cosmetic improvements in the interface

Fixes

• Files with "/" in the name cannot be saved to disk
• Long attachment's name was improperly handled
• Certain .eml files could not be displayed in the Conversation View mode when opened from Windows Explorer
